Platform License

Subject to compliance with the Terms of Service and payment terms where applicable, Ventrix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations.

This license is granted to your legal entity and authorized users under your account. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Ventrix and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, interfaces, technical documentation, analytics models, and associated intellectual property rights.

You retain rights to your own data and marks. You grant Ventrix the limited rights needed to host and process your content to deliver and support the Service.

If you share feedback, bug reports, enhancement ideas, or product suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without payment or attribution obligations.

Ventrix may include or rely on third-party software, APIs, and open-source dependencies. Those components are subject to their own license terms.

Use of connected third-party services is your responsibility, including compliance with each provider's policies and terms.

We may suspend or terminate this license if you breach applicable terms, create legal exposure, threaten service integrity, or misuse the platform.

On termination, your right to access and use the platform ends immediately, and you must stop all use except where otherwise permitted by law.

The platform is licensed "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventrix disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Ventrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Aggregate liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service.
